Seoyon Group executed the MOU on the Seoyon Academic Award with the Korean Society of Automotive Engineers(KSAE).

Seoyon Group is the top group in Korea in terms of the market share for the door trim sector, with a total of 9 subsidiaries including Seoyon E-Hwa, Seoyon Electronics, Seoyon Top Metal, etc. As such, the Group is pursuing a diverse range of social contribution activities.

The KSAE and Seoyon Group decided to found the KSAE-Seoyon Academic Award in order to encourage the academic progress in automobile engineering by selecting and offering a prize to outstanding theses published in the KSAE Journal.

The 1st Awarding ceremony was held on May 19 at the 2016 KSAE Spring Academic Symposium, with Hanyang University Professor Heo, Geon-soo, and Hyundai Motors Senior Research Engineer Park, Ki-jong receiving the award.
