The board of directors is reviewing dividends in consideration of the internal and external business management environment. Although it recorded a net loss in the fifth term, a cash dividend of KRW 100 per share was paid out as in the previous year to enhance shareholder value, as a result of the comprehensive review of the level of surplus on a separate basis, investment plans, and uncertain business management environment due to the continuation of COVID-19.
When reviewing the dividends of the company, the board of directors will comprehensively review the past dividend level and market conditions, internal and external business management environment, investment plans and cash flow, current year's profit level and surplus status, etc., without being bound by uniform standards, and will refer them to in calculating dividends.2.
