On November 18, 2022 (Friday), the Labor and Management of Seoyon E-Hwa hosted a "Seasonal Kimchi Sharing Event of Love" with local volunteers for the elderly living alone.

Following the introduction of cucumber pickles in June and radish kimchi in August, the seasonal kimchi-sharing event is the third to be organized. This time, they produced "Young Radish Kimchi," which has a refreshingly sweet flavor and pairs well with noodle meals like ramen and noodles.

The Seoyon E-Hwa employees and volunteers who participated in the event smiled and conversed while making kimchi, despite the difficulty of the labor such as preparing and trimming ingredients by hand from early in the morning.

Particularly, this kimchi sharing is regarded to be of great comfort and assistance to elderly individuals living alone who experience the strain of making kimchi during the winter kimchi season owing to the sudden increase in prices. We hope the local elderly can appreciate the kimchi prepared with care by Seoyeon E-Hwa and experience the warmth of their neighbors throughout the chilly winter months.
