On Friday, August 19, 2022, Seoyon E-Hha's Labor and Management organized a "Seasonal Kimchi Making Volunteer for Seniors Living Alone” activity at the Volunteer Center in Buk-gu, Ulsan Metropolitan City, in conjunction with local volunteer groups.

This "Seasonal Kimchi Making" activity was organized for a second time in order to share kimchi with more senior people after local senior citizens responded well to the initial implementation in June. Following the success of the "Cucumber Project" in June, senior citizens made "yeolmu kimchi” in August to stimulate their taste buds by diversifying the summer table with yeolmu noodles and yeolmu bibimbap in the hot summer when people's appetites decline. True, the kimchi-making event requires a lot of labor, such as preparing ingredients, but the sharing event is highly well-received by the elderly.
