As a result of the assessment conducted by the European Foundation for Quality Management(EFQM) from Feb. 22 to Feb. 25, Seoyon E-Hwa Slovakia has earned the EFQM Recognized for Excellence 5 Star Level. The EFQM members include about 500 companies and quality organizations of each EU member states. The EFQM Excellence Model is a comprehensive management framework used by over 30,000 organizations in Europe.

The EFQM Recognized for Excellence 5 Star Level is awarded to high performing organizations where change is the norm, which improves, refines and simplifies the practices it uses to achieve its goals, and which has ongoing results, in line with its strategy.

Seoyon E-Hwa Slovakia has also received the National Quality Award of the Slovak Republic in 2010 and 2014. Following Seoyon Chairman Ryu’s encouragement to aim for the EU Quality Award, all the employees participated and succeeded in becoming the first manufacturing company to earn the 5 Star level. Also, Seoyon E-Hwa Slovakia is the first company in Slovakia to earn this level at its first try. Seoyon E-Hwa Slovakia will continuously implement quality improvement activities to realize customer satisfaction, and uphold its reputation as a high-quality company.
