Selected as a company with outstanding quality competitiveness, received the Presidential Award for the National Quality Control Team and selected as the National Quality Master Craftsman

 

In 2015, Hanil E-Hwa has been pursuing company-wide innovation activities including participation in the National Quality Control Team competition, certification as a company with outstanding quality competitiveness and cultivation of quality master craftsmen, etc. As the result, we have made many achievements at the 41st National Quality Control Competition organized by the Korean Agency for Technology and Standards of the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy.

  

By having continuously implemented quality innovation activities even after the inauguration of the holding company system for the Seoyeon Group in July 2014, we were selected as a company with outstanding quality competitiveness by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy. As a representative company in Korea in developing and manufacturing interior components for automobiles with 15 overseas corporations, it is
highly significant that the quality competitiveness of our company was acknowledged by external institutions. The achievement was due to our ceaseless technological development and quality innovation activities, and
we shall put in our utmost efforts to enter the Hall of Fame by pursuing more creative and effective quality management.

Moreover, 5 of our quality control teams successfully passed the preliminary rounds to participate in the main rounds of the 41st National Quality Control Team Competition held in Deoksan Risom Resort from August 31 to September 4. As the results of the severe competition among the total of 293 teams throughout Korea, all of our team won the President’s awards including the Creation Team (Ulsan Factory), Woodo Impression Team (Ulsan Factory) and Blue Sky Team (Manufacturing Technology) of our company winning the gold medals while the HePS(Central Research Center) and the Sorento (Asan Factory) teams winning the silver and bronze medals, respectively. In this competition, our company, as mid-sized corporation, has achieved the most outstanding performancesand managed to firmly impart externally our image as the leading company in quality innovation activities.

  

In addition, our employee was designated as the “National Quality Master Craftsman” for which the certificate is awarded by the President of Korea. Yang, Hee Mok, a manager of the Facilities Management Team 1 of our company, was acknowledged for his craftsmanship and dedication towards the activities in the working groups, making proposals and quality management. Accordingly, we have established the foundation for the nationwide quality innovation activities by establishing the corporate ecosystem to lead the quality management activities of our company. Our quality master craftsman will work as the lecturer for the education for innovation activities and in the areas of specialized technologies in the future, as well as guide working groups and proposal activities, and judge the internal and external presentation competitions.
