We won the Minster of SMEs and Startups’ Award at the 23rd Small and Medium Enterprise Innovative Technology Show (ITS2022) which was held by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups at COEX. The purpose of this award ceremony was to recognize SMEs' merit in quality innovation and organizations, executives, and employees who have contributed to quality improvement activities. Our company recommended employees who contributed to quality innovation in the individual award category for quality innovation, and Park Jae-man, deputy director of Asan Plant (Production Team 2 / Facility Management Team 2), was honored with the Minister of SMEs and Startups’ Award.
From 2011 to the present, Deputy Director Park Jae-man has continued to work on quality innovation, such as improving productivity and reducing nonconforming products through our company’s quality control circle, and he has led the Asan Plant quality control circle to have the honor of winning one gold award and two silver awards in the National Quality Control Circle Competition in the Mutual Cooperation category. Also, he has worked to stabilize overseas plants in Europe and the Americas by establishing quality assurance systems, improving productivity, managing process management, and improving the lay-out and has worked hard to improve partner companies’ skills through level-up programs of quality management system evaluation, improvement activity, and education in order for our company and our partner companies to grow together. In recognition of these contributions, he was awarded the Minister of SMEs and Startups’ Award.
